PLEASE NOTE: The NPC seen in the video is a unique Character called Absalom, this is one of a few locations you can find him, however their are a few more: Dartmouth Professional Building, Skylanes Flight 1981, Near Gunners Plaza, Hyde Park, In Yellow house under the bridge east of Diamond city .
